Mary Gore
Mary is our office manager and director of team spirit. In addition to managing the firm and office operations, she is responsible for the firm’s accounting, billing, accounts payable, and human resources management. She also serves as the primary contact for client inquiries.
Mary works with new clients to assess and clarify their needs in detail and direct them to the appropriate team member. She gets to know as much as possible about a new client’s business and personal financial circumstances so that the planning done for them can be tailored to their needs. This allows her to ensure that time and cost-effective strategies to client care are maximized. Mary ensures that this information is organized and delivered to our team so that they can be prepared in advance. This translates into efficient time allocation and informed planning during subsequent meetings with our team members.
Mary specializes in examining clients’ data flow and working to simplify our clients’ data management processes. She is a Certified QuickBooks Online & QuickBooks Desktop ProAdvisor. Her excellent understanding of QuickBooks allows her to assist clients in setting up their business record-keeping processes and organization as effectively as possible. This can save a lot of time and aggravation for people working with the varied demands of establishing a new business. Her service philosophy and sensitivity to clients’ needs ensures that every client feels valued through prompt and professional service. She’s our ambassador, making every encounter with the firm a pleasure.
Mary takes an active role in philanthropy and community engagement. In 2021, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Mary started the nonprofit organization “Joy of Music”. By establishing scholarship programs and a beautiful and joyful year-long concert series, she provides opportunities for talented classical musicians, dancers, and composers to showcase their talents while supporting their artistic and professional development.
